I ran split Paris–Shanghai productions through travel restrictions, aligning vendors, approvals, post-production and delivery across time zones.

I lead director and partner recommendations, international talent contracts, rights and usage, Europe–Asia shoot logistics, post-production supervision, final asset validation and AI-specialist production workflows.
